CR Electric of Liberty set up the electricity needs for the Liberty Relay for Life this month with help from some IBEW Local 64 members as a community service project. Involved in the project were (left to right) Jason Rubin, Bill Booth, Tim Barringer, Jack Kelly, Roger Peskor, Dwight Prowitt and Tim Moran.
More than $50,000 was raised for Cancer research at the Liberty Relay for Life the weekend of May 17-18, and once again Jason Rubin from CR Electric and his crew played a pivotal role.
CR Electric and members of IBEW Local 64 in Youngstown set up the lighting and power needs for the corporate tents set up at the venue as a community service project. The event took place in Liberty-Churchill Park.
CR Electric is a member of NECA-IBEW Electricians and is based in Girard.
